Job Description
We’re looking for a Civil Engineer to work on a variety of infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of public and private sector projects. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with other engineers, architects, Subcontractors, and construction managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Project evaluation, feasibility, and planning assessments
- Contract agreement negotiation and review
- Monitoring of equipment and material compliance with specifications
- Engineering design and planning reviews
- Schedule analysis, optimization, and monitoring of construction progress
- Operational and maintenance review for the properties and hotels owned
- Implementing risk management policies and procedures.
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control.
- Promote and maintain health and safety rules.
- Maintain regular communication with all parties to maintain the project's progress.
