Job Description
Our client is a leading insurance group. They are looking for a high calibre to join their expanding team as a Fraud Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the claims fraud and initiate actions to protect the company and customers
- Responsible to prevent fraud by reviewing claim submission
- Identify potential fraud cases and verify activities
- Set and create the fraud rules according to analytical data
- Conduct market research and report/share risk information and findings on a timely manner
Requirements:
- Degree holder with relevant experience in insurance sector
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in claims underwriting or risk/ project management
- Familiarity with claim processes is a must
- Good knowledge of insurance/healthcare regulations and financial crimes
- Strong analytical skills to detect and identify potential fraud
- Attention to details and comfortable with large data set
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
- Able to work independently
