MIKID is seeking a detail-oriented and organized EVV Coordinator to manage and oversee the agencys EVV processes. This position ensures compliance with EVV requirements by working across multiple platforms and electronic health record systems. The coordinator is responsible for daily system tasks error resolution data submissions communication tracking and supporting staff with EVV-related needs.
Key duties include managing the EVV inbox addressing transmission and error reports coordinating respite approvals and maintaining timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors. Strong attention to detail professionalism and the ability to multitask are essential.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of recent experience in the behavioral health field. Experience with electronic health record systems Microsoft Office and AHCCCS insurance is preferred. Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills are required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Travel may be required for meetings on a semi-annual basis.
