Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage various events including weddings corporate seminars and private celebrations.
Ensure smooth coordination with clients internal departments and external partners.
Lead inspire and manage a high-performing team to exceed guest expectations.
Oversee budgets timelines and event logistics with precision and creativity.
Uphold Shangri-La standards while tailoring each event to the unique needs of the client.
Requirements:
Solid experience in event execution especially weddings and seminars.
Strong leadership planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication in English; Korean language is a plus.
Team-oriented detail-driven and guest-focused mindset.
