Job Description

Company: Jobylon
Role: Senior AE (Hunter) Nordics market
Location: Sweden (Stockholm-based pref)
Language: Swedish English
WFH policy: Remote with periodic travel to clients
Industry: HRTech / ATS
Product: Modern ATS replacing legacy tools (SuccessFactors SAP Workday UBEO OTYS etc.)
Size and functions of local team: Currently none in Belgium; Benelux team led by Stefano Verkooij (Full Sales Ownership); internal implementation and support team

Role description:
AE New market hunter role for Nordics. Full-cycle sales (minimal SDR/BDR support). Focus on large traditional B2B orgs across verticals: healthcare manufacturing education public sector.
  • Buyer: HR/TA leaders (mamas & papas of HR)
  • Deal size: 50K200K ARR
  • Cycle: 39 months typically RFP-led
  • Sales style: Highly consultative autonomous activity-driven
  • Tools: Deep integrations with Workday SuccessFactors etc.
  • All delivery handled in-house

  • Direct access to CEO/founder; true builder role
  • Sweden HQ with team trips and strong internal culture
  • Fully integrated team from sales to implementation
  • High autonomy low bureaucracy

Growth perspective (for the candidate in the role/company):

  • Expand into broader region or vertical leadership

Must haves:
  • Proven consultative sales experience in HRTech or related HR solution industry
  • Existing HR/recruitment network in the Nordics
  • Strong self-starter mentality hunter profile comfortable with cold acquisition
  • High discipline autonomous and accountable mindset
  • Experience selling into large orgs; used to long complex sales cycles

Nice to haves:
  • Experience with RFP processes
  • Familiarity with ATS ecosystem (e.g. SAP Workday OTYS etc.)
  • Media or consulting background with strong HR exposure

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Hired via Remote (can be on company contract in Sweden)
  • 7K8.5K base monthly (excl)
  • 15% uncapped commission on ARR
  • Company options
  • Quarterly trips to Stockholm
  • Phone and home office setup
  • No car but open to feedback on total comp package
