Role description:
AE New market hunter role for Nordics. Full-cycle sales (minimal SDR/BDR support). Focus on large traditional B2B orgs across verticals: healthcare manufacturing education public sector.
- Buyer: HR/TA leaders (mamas & papas of HR)
- Deal size: 50K200K ARR
- Cycle: 39 months typically RFP-led
- Sales style: Highly consultative autonomous activity-driven
- Tools: Deep integrations with Workday SuccessFactors etc.
- All delivery handled in-house

Must haves:
- Proven consultative sales experience in HRTech or related HR solution industry

- Experience selling into large orgs; used to long complex sales cycles
Nice to haves:
- Experience with RFP processes
- Familiarity with ATS ecosystem (e.g. SAP Workday OTYS etc.)
- Media or consulting background with strong HR exposure
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Hired via Remote (can be on company contract in Sweden)
- 7K8.5K base monthly (excl)
- 15% uncapped commission on ARR
