Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in providing innovative IT solutions application platforms and software services.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets by promoting IT software solutions and application platforms to potential clients.
  • Identifying qualifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and networking events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving concerns on time.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the companys software products or platforms to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to clients.
  • Conducting product presentations demonstrations and workshops to showcase capabilities and address client needs.
  • Forecasting sales performance and tracking key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Working closely with the technical support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Participating in team meetings to share insights strategies and success stories.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT software IT solutions or IT outsourcing business.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Possession of a personal car and a valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and a results-driven mindset.
