Job Responsibilities
Work closely with course coordinators to prepare the necessary environment for the lab sessions or assessment.
Ensure availability of technical manuals / specifications as and when needed.
Conduct regular inspection of equipment to ensure readiness of teaching resources and equipment.
Assist in the preparation of computer images for virtualization streaming to lab PCs.
Support lab supervisors in conducting quiz sessions or assessments.
Ensure quick response to equipment failure by diagnosing and troubleshooting the fault.
Manage and maintain lab assets by ensuring proper recording of lab equipment.
Support the purchase of lab equipment.
Ensure equipments upgrade to support lab curriculum.
Proactively manage daily lab operations and workplace safety in compliance with NTU guidelines.
Job Requirements
Min. a Degree with 3 years of relevant experience preferably in an educational institution.
Knowledge in writing and debugging codes in C Python JavaScript and others.
Knowledge in managing and creating Database.
Administrating LAN environment linking to estimated 400 units of computers.
Good teamworking skills.
Proficient in time management.
IT savvy proficient in MS Office applications.
Meticulous and organized with the ability to multi-task.
Proactive analytical and resourceful.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
Good sense of initiative and responsibility and positive working attitude.
Tactful and able to demonstrate empathy whenever necessary.
