DescriptionThe Role
AseniorclientrolewithinWTWsCorporateRiskandBrokingbusiness supportinggrowthandretentionfromthe large/complex/multinational client space reporting to the Head of Large Accounts Asia. Thisroleisexpectedtodrivethegrowthdevelopmentandretentionof WTWsportfoliooflargeclientsincluding Multi-National Corporations scaling the practice across will be achieved by:
- Developingabest-in-classstrategiestowinandretainlargeclientsabletocraftstrategiestoquantify mitigate and transfer risk taking advantage of specialist industry expertise and market know-how.
- BringingtheentireWTWvaluepropositiontobearinthelargeaccount/MNCsegmentwithaprincipalfocus on growth orientated activities working with existing and new clients.
- ExtendingWTWslargeaccountcapabilitiesacrosstargetedmarketsinAsiathroughpersonalexpertise and thedevelopment and coordination of resources across geographies and lines of business.
Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:
- WorkingwiththeAsiaLargeAccountsLeadertomeetnewbusinessandretentiontargetsmanagingpipelines and investments to support profitable growth.
- Workingwithseniorstakeholderstoutilizeandembedkeyclientframeworksincludingaccountplanning and cross selling to drive commercial outcomes across the segment.
- Coordinatingseniorinternalandexternalresourcestodeliveroutstandingresults forclientsensuringclient satisfaction positive net promoter scores and client retention.
- ShapingandleadingthinkingatalllevelsofclientorganizationstoinfluencepositiveoutcomesforWTW.
- RepresentWTWinrelevantindustrycommunitiestodeliverindustry-specificexpertisetoourclients.
- Partnerwithbusinessleaderstonegotiatepricing/fees andensureclientrelationshipsaresecureand financially sound.
- ActasarolemodelthroughoutWTWbyembodyingourvaluesof clientfocusteamworkintegrityrespect and excellence.
- MaintainadetailedknowledgeofproductsandservicesofferedbyWTW.
- Ensurecompliantprocessingofcontractsasperapplicableregulatoryrequirements.
QualificationsThe Requirements
- EducatedtodegreelevelwithACIIACIMorequivalentindustryaccreditationpreferred.
- 10yearsexperienceintheInsuranceindustry experience in Asia is preferred but not essential
- ExtensiveclientfacingexperienceandfamiliarwithlargeandcomplexglobalRetailclientrequirements.
- ComfortableinoperatingwithagrowthorientatedagendaandKPIs.
- Strongclientnetworksandindustrycentersofinfluence.
- Candemonstrateabilitytonavigateandbringthebestresultsfromourbusiness.
- Abilitytobuildmaintainandmanagemultiplerelationshipsatthemostseniorlevelswithin clientorganizations.
- Abilitytoinfluencekeystakeholders(internalandexternal)viaformalandinformalchannels.
- Trackrecordofgrowinglargeaccountportfolios.
- AbilitytodiagnosecomplexclientissuescomprehendthefullbreadthofWTWsservicesblendthemintopractical solutions that meet our clients needs and articulate them to C-Suite buyers across multiple disciplines.
