Job Duties:

  • Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts
  • Review documentations and identify value variations subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
  • Conduct cost analysis budgeting control measurement and collation of record
  • Change management with client for time and cost recovery
  • Cashflow management contract valuation and regular financial reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in main contractors is preferable
  • NEC experience is preferable
