Speech & Language Graduate Havering September Start
We are seeking a motivated Speech & Language Graduate to join a highly regarded Ofsted Outstanding Sixth Form in Havering. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment with a strong focus on behaviour management and high expectations.

Key responsibilities for the Speech & Language Graduate:
Provide 1:1 speech and language support to students within a large Sixth Form
Confidently manage behaviour to create a positive learning environment
Use creative and proactive strategies to support student progress
Communicate effectively with parents and teaching staff to ensure student attainment
Follow curriculum guidelines whilst focusing on individual student needs
Support students to achieve progress in speech language and communication skills
Work as a flexible and adaptable team player
Essential skills and experience:
MUST hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Speech & Language or a related field from a top 20 UK university
Confident in behaviour management and working with young people
Strong communication skills for liaising with parents and staff
Previous experience supporting students preferably on a 1:1 basis
Proactive creative and committed to student progress
