Job Description
Position : Backend Engineer
Work Hours : US hours flexible
Pay Range : 2000 to 3700 USD (Final offer will depend on the clients approval and assessment of the candidates overall qualifications)
Responsibilities:
- Designing developing and maintaining product features using a Go and Python backend.
- Knowledgeable about optimizing databases and building out large scale performance systems.
- Optimize performance and implement best practices to ensure future scalability.
- Manage projects and ensure that they are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards
- Ensuring that our software systems are scalable reliable and maintainable
Requirements:
- Passion about building in generative AI and interest in crypto
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 5 years backend experience including working in a highly scalable environment with complex release workflows
- Experience with Python and Go
- Experience and strong interest in AI e.g.: to speed up application development
- Extensive experience building out distributed systems
- Proven ability to work in both rapid prototyping mode and to ship/maintain large-scale products
