Job Description:
This role is responsible for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams.
What are we looking for
3-5 years of project & process management experience
- Ability to build and lead effective project teams
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams
What will be your key responsibilities
- Lead the team and the project through the stages and gate process managing risks and creating mitigation plan;
- Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution
- Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement
- Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues
- Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status issues and recommendations
