Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive examinations conduct and interpret diagnostic testing develop care plans.
Orders diagnostic testing skin biopsies laboratory x-ray and/or other non-invasive diagnostic tests and procedures.
Initiate collaboration with supervising physicians referrals to appropriate physicians or other health care professionals of problems that exceed the PAs scope of practice.
Maintains communication with referring physicians while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
Counsel patients on conditions treatment options and preventative measures adjusting communication as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes in accordance with practice protocols

Proactive in multi-tasking and time management skills while ensuring patient care at a high level
Detail-oriented in maintaining patient-related information and documenting patient progress

Qualifications
Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Current state licensure as Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse and RN in the state of Arkansas
Maintains current CPR (BLS) certification
