We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Global Payroll Manager to join our growing team in this high-impact role you will lead global payroll operations across multiple regions ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Medison s purpose-driven work to bringing life-changing therapies to patients with rare and severe diseases around the world.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes globally.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with local payroll services providers internal HR and Finance teams.
  • Implement internal controls to mitigate payroll-related risks.
  • Lead payroll and related systems implementation and upgrades.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing.
  • Maintain payroll data integrity and security for reporting and analytics.
  • Lead payroll onboarding processes for new country setups.
  • Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals.

Requirements :

  • Over 7 years of payroll processing or similar managerial position experience in a multinational company
  • Prior experience as a global payroll manager - a must
  • Highly proficient in English - must
  • Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems - advantage
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of independence and self-examination
  • Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting or a related field.
