Job Description
DESCRIPTION
- Full-Time Position: Contract Billing
- Reports to Staff Accountant/Contract Billing Supervisor
SKILL SET
- Prior Accounts Receivable experiencepreferred of a mid-sized company
- Prior background preferred of distribution or manufacturing
- ExcellentCommunicator - Customers Associates Numerous Management Levels
- Excellent Research Skills and Detail Oriented
- Flexible Demeanor - Works well with different personalities
- Organized and efficient must be able to manage tasks inmultiple branch environment
- Software - JD Edwards & PC (Excel Work Outlook)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Billing Clerk
- Receive review and ensure all submitted contract is set up timely and accurately
- Contracts are billed monthly and bi-weekly
- Canceled contracts are handled in a timely manner and reported to appropriate personnel
- Work with Collections and or Cash to resolve any disputes cancellation of contracts and or changes
- Provide variousreports to management as needed
Pay from: $20/hour
Pay is commensurate with experience education skills trainingand certifications.
