Job Title
Proposal Management ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Management Professional to join our team supporting Fiservs Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling accurate and client-focused professional services proposals and statements of work (SOWs). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work that supports sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop write and edit professional services proposals and SOWs tailored to client needs and aligned with Fiservs ECM product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team members solution consultants and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Ensure all proposal documents are clear concise and compliant with internal standards and client expectations.
- Manage multiple proposal requests simultaneously often under tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update proposal templates boilerplate content and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Track and report on proposal metrics and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal development technical writing or a related rolepreferably in the financial services or technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with proposal management tools is a plus (e.g. CRM contract management systems).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of professional services and software implementation lifecycles.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of software distribution/pricing models and contract structures.
- High-energy approach and eagerness to learn and develop.
