Current Position Open for the 2025- 2026 School Year
Part Time 5.5 hours per day or 27.5 for full week

Developmental Kindergarten/Kindergarten Paraprofessional

Quincy Community Schools is currently seeking a Kindergarten paraprofessional at Jennings Elementary School. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be able to support students academically. Any college coursework or experience working with elementary age children would support an applicants candidacy.

Quincy Community Schools provides a supportive working environment centered on student success. QCS believes that all children are important capable have worth and should be treated with dignity and respect in a safe and orderly environment.

The main responsibilities of this position include academic support in the classroom as well as recess and lunch supervision of children grades DK/K.

Candidates must pass the paraprofessionals certification test or have an associates degree.
