The Outreach and Engagement Specialist is responsible for outreaching and engaging newly authorized enhanced care management clients with the goal of enrollment to assign to a lead care manager.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Range: $27 - $33/hourly
This rate is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee which is always dependent on actual experience client needs education and other factors.
