Job Description
Location (Onsite Remote or Hybrid): Appleton WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Working Hours: 5:30PM - 6AM
Total Weekly Hours: 36
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCS
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Primary location: Appleton 6th Floor
Weekend: Every other
Holiday Requirements: Holiday rotation
Float Requirements: Floating mostly between 6th/7th floor (MS/Oncology) - Floating throughout the facility and to all Facilities within a 60 mile radius as needed
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN License & AHA BLS (required); AHA ACLS & ONC (preferred)
Minimum 3 years RN experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience & able to interpret basic telemetry rhythms REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC within the last 2 year REQUIRED
Patient Ratio 6th/7th floor: 1:5-6 with support staff Ratios decreased to 1:3-4 with Primary care/Chemo Admin
Beds: 6th floor (medical patients) - 15 beds & 7th floor (higher acuity) - 21 beds.
Patient Population: Medical and Oncology Patients
