Supports Point of Sale & Fare collection systems including but not limitedto testing developmentinstallation reporting and monitoring.
Required to travel for equipment installations monitoring training etc.
Manages day to day testing and implementation of technological advancements andsoftware upgrades. Assist troubleshooting production issues.
Provide technical guidance and acts as liaison to user departments and vendorsfor the coordination of equipment installations implementation and end usertraining.
Required to assist in other areas within POS and Fare Collection Departmentincluding but not limited to TVMs TOMs Platform Validators OBVs.
TechnicalSkills/Knowledge:
Experience with SAP desired but not required.
Knowledge in fare collection technology desired but not required.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge with Microsoft Office application.
Motivated and organized.
Knowledgewith Excel.
Validdrivers license is required.
