Job Description
Job Title : Child Welfare IT Support Specialist (Information Systems User Training
Location: Hauppauge NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a child welfare environment supporting child welfare information systems including child protective services foster care/permanency and preventive services.
- Provided IT support within child welfare settings ensuring system functionality and alignment with program needs.
- Direct experience collaborating with users in child welfare delivering training and technical assistance in both classroom and workplace settings. Developed user documentation and desk aids to support understanding of business operations and training content.
- Worked on a large-scale child welfare application supporting over 15000 users beginning with needs assessment continuing through ongoing support and completing with follow-up and evaluation.
- Experienced in interpreting child welfare regulations and applying them to practice standards and program outcomes across child protective foster care/permanency and preventive service domains.
- Bachelors Degree.
