Job Description:
- Developing and implementing IT strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining IT standards across hardware software and network systems.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of internal and external software applications.
- Researching and integrating emerging technologies to enhance system performance and business capabilities.
- Managing IT budgets both operational and capital to ensure cost efficiency.
- Leading training and developing IT team members to build technical capabilities and foster professional growth.
- Optimizing IT operations and ensuring effective workflows across all technology functions.
- Ensuring compliance with energy efficiency initiatives quality standards (e.g. IATF16949) environmental regulations (e.g. ISO14001) and data protection systems (e.g. TISAX).
- Driving the implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems such as SAP.
- Managing infrastructure including servers networks cybersecurity and cloud environments.
- Performing other duties or projects as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
- 710 years of experience in IT management or system development (industry experience in manufacturing electronics or a similar field is a plus).
- Proven knowledge of system development and programming languages such as C# VB MVC SQL HTML CSS and ABAP.
- Experience with ERP systems particularly SAP is preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in Bangkok or nearby industrial estates.
