Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional and personalized experience. You will lead efforts to address guest needs resolve issues efficiently and foster a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and delivering personalized services to VIP guests and high-profile clients.
  • Handling guest complaints concerns and requests with professionalism ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Collaborating with the front office team to coordinate guest arrivals special requests and departures seamlessly.
  • Overseeing and managing the guest feedback process ensuring accurate documentation and prompt responses.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping and food & beverage to meet guest expectations.
  • Managing the guest recognition program ensuring returning guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction scores and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Addressing emergencies and guest complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel policies procedures and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in guest relations or front office operations.
    • Preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong ability to handle difficult situations and guest complaints diplomatically.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and CRM tools.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to guest service.
    • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
