Our client is a luxury brand originating from France and they are now seeking a Greeter to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting every customer entering the boutique ensuring recognition of regular and VIP customers.
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right products or services.
- Representing the boutique and the brand by sharing its story history and unique items.
- Offering personalized service and responding quickly to customer requests.
- Remembering customer preferences and special requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Host in a luxury fast-paced environment.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to tell the brands story effectively.
- Being attentive and proactive in customer interactions.
