Job Description
Position open for a while. Looking for Singaporean or PR only but must be Chinese & English speaking.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to end-users inquiries and requests for assistance on the ERP System.
- Tracks all enquiries and supporting issues and addresses Open issues promptly
- Identifies problems troubleshoots and provides advice & assistance to end-users
- Teaches end-users on the usage of Application Software
- Provides documentation on system & application configurations
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate DiplomaFinance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP software will be an advantage.
- Able to analyse and solve problems effectively
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
