Job Description

In this role you will grow lead and develop a team that is responsible for revenue generation and customer happiness across Vietnam Thailand Indonesia Australia and New Zealand. Youll use your knowledge of developers advertisers and agencies to create and maintain positive and productive relationships with marketers of all size and type. Youll quickly gain the respect and support of both management and other employees by achieving business goals and demonstrating good judgment business insight balance objectivity collaboration quiet confidence and trustworthiness. You will also have direct management responsibility for a team of Client Partners (our client facing sales team) and the Platform Specialist your leadership and contributions we have an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing Strategic Accounts Sales team! This client segment requires world-class partnerships to meet their business ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for helping businesses scale possess robust communication and interpersonal skills demonstrate high analytical capabilities be client-focused team-oriented and capable of working independently to meet revenue and business objectives. You love leading and energizing teams and helping individuals to develop their skills and career. You should have a proven history of leading teams to meet or exceed sales targets in the ads space with performance-type advertisers and agencies.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance media sales including at least 3 years in a leadership role ideally with a self-serve platform.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent MBA a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to overachieve and exceed sales targets in the ads space
  • Professionalism and a positive demeanour with a commitment to developing business acumen and client-centricity within the team.
  • English fluency required to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. Additional Asian languages are advantageous.


  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies and guide team efforts toward success across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage internal and external datasets to drive business growth for your team.
  • Deep understanding of Performance Advertisers market strategies and success measurement tactics.
  • Intrinsic motivation and desire to make a difference driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Comfortable creating and implementing the systems and processes that will help increase the probability of success for your team.
  • Own a list of key clients at C-Suite in partnership with your team as a means to catalyse the success of your business and develop your team. Model the great sales behaviours that you expect to see from your team.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a team-oriented approach growing in a dynamic and exciting environment.
  • Excellent communications skills. Proficiency in promoting active listening and encouraging insightful questions for continuous team learning.
