National Leasing Manager - Fitness Franchise Brand
Salary: 60k - 65K plus bonus
Central London Office - Hybrid Remote
UK & Ireland Full-time
Were looking for a National Leasing Manager to drive growth by securing prime locations across the UK & Ireland. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships spotting opportunities and shaping leasing strategy to support long-term business success.
What youll do:
Lead the leasing strategy guiding external partners and franchisees through negotiations.
Identify and secure high-quality sites using market insights and strong industry connections.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords agents and developers.
Track property trends and ensure expansion plans align with market opportunities.
Support franchisees with advice and guidance on lease terms.
Represent the brand at industry events and strengthen its presence in the property sector.
What were looking for:
3 years experience in property leasing franchising or business development.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Background in retail fitness or hospitality leasing is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into strategy.
A proactive leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
