- Maintenance Management: Managing planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring high quality of minor repairs and supervising contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory H&S checks ensuring robust risk assessments are in place and managing site security.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from 40000 - 48000 per annum).
- Essential Requirements: Proven site management experience demonstrable maintenance skills and strong commitment to H&S standards.
