We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Backend) to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer you will play a crucial role in designingdeveloping and maintaining our e-commerce platform to ensure its performancescalability and usability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to createseamless online shopping experiences maximize customer engagement and drive revenue
growth.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Development: Lead the development customization andoptimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to meet the companysbusiness objectives.
Code Review and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to bestpractices and mentor junior developers.
Integration: Collaborate with other internal teams to integrate third-party systemspayment gateways and external APIs to enhance the functionality of the platform.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecksensuring fast page loading times and a smooth shopping experience.
Customization: Develop custom cartridges pipelines and controllers as necessaryto extend the platforms capabilities.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain automated tests and workclosely with QA teams to ensure the stability and reliability of the e-commerceplatform.
Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurationscustomizations and integrations.
Security: Implement and maintain robust security practices to protect customerdata and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly ensuringminimal disruption to the online store.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and relevant web technologies.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
English is a must german a plus
