About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Google Snapchat and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing media plans optimizing performance campaigns and delivering actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Launch manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Google Snapchat and TikTok.
- Implement media plans aligned with brand and performance objectives.
- Monitor daily performance and make real-time adjustments to meet KPIs (CPC CPM CPA CPI CTR etc.).
- Data & Insights:
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights and identify trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align data insights with business goals.
- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed performance reports with key metrics visualizations and actionable insights.
- Present campaign performance and optimization strategies to internal teams.
- Maintain dashboards and ensure a timely reporting cadence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Excel/Sheets and platform-level reporting tools.
- Experience in campaign reporting data visualization and presenting insights.
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs conversion tracking and attribution models.
