Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Management
- Tracking and analyzing leads across various online channels.
- Providing detailed reports on lead numbers and conversion statistics to the branding team.
- Conducting marketing research on investor trends the laundromat industry and franchise industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
Campaign Support
- Collaborating with the branding team to understand campaign ideas content and event plans.
- Preparing and managing tools and plans for executing ad campaigns ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively supporting end-user campaigns for laundromat usage by providing necessary performance data and insights.
Performance Planning
- Initiating discussions with the branding team about campaign plans and ensuring performance goals are integrated into overall marketing strategies.
- Developing and implementing performance marketing plans working closely with the Ad Specialist to execute ad campaigns.
Analytical Reporting
- Generating and presenting detailed performance reports to the Marketing Manager highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data making recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and CRM systems. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
