Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for driving ZigZags client acquisition and brand growth through innovative sales strategies digital marketing and performance-based lead generation. This role will lead the development and execution of campaigns manage the sales pipeline and ensure sustainable revenue growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets for ZigZags services.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising social media and content marketing.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales ambassador/referral network leveraging performance-based incentives.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g. leads generated conversion rates revenue growth).
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and go-to-market plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. operations finance creative) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing preferably in BPO outsourcing or professional services.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with performance-based sales models and referral/ambassador programs is a plus.
