Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for driving ZigZags client acquisition and brand growth through innovative sales strategies digital marketing and performance-based lead generation. This role will lead the development and execution of campaigns manage the sales pipeline and ensure sustainable revenue growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets for ZigZags services.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising social media and content marketing.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales ambassador/referral network leveraging performance-based incentives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g. leads generated conversion rates revenue growth).
- Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and go-to-market plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. operations finance creative) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing preferably in BPO outsourcing or professional services.
- Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience with performance-based sales models and referral/ambassador programs is a plus.
