In New Zealand we have 6 offices spread across the country and work for a diverse range of clients focused around the energy power chemicals water and industrial sectors. We love solving complex problems and get involved at the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.

What youll do

We are looking for a Technical Director Water to join our team in New Zealand.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and wider engineering and project teams to deliver projects in the water sector for existing customers and continue the growth of our customer network.
  • Identify bid win and deliver water projects for both municipal and industrial customers.
  • Direct develop and grow our Water team to support technical engineering in this sector.
  • Provide direction and project management to ensure water sector projects are completed in accordance with contractual obligations and established policies procedures and systems approved by Worley.
  • Lead and execute medium and large projects.

What youll have

  • A civil or mechanical engineering tertiary qualification is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand Water sector.
  • A developed customer network ideally across both islands.
  • Extensive experience delivering technical engineering solutions in New Zealand.
