What we are looking for:

NRC Norway is looking for a SCM Systems Adoption & Helpdesk Coordinator.

Are you passionate about systems training and problem-solving NRC is rolling out a Warehouse Management System across key warehouses and we need a coordinator who can make it happen!

In this pivotal role youll drive system adoption by identifying training needs and delivering tailored sessions be the go-to problem solver resolving service tickets within agreed timelines and support communication and coordination for NRCs wider digital Supply Chain systems.

What you will do:

  • Be a champion for the WMS in order to ensure successful adoption utilization and ongoing value to the organization.
  • Responsible for planning designing and the delivery of relevant training material to the identified stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of service requests as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Ensuring that the end user perspective is captured and relayed to the Project Manager.
  • Support in the testing and delivery of new modules and features and ensure a smooth transition towards business as usual (BAU)
  • Escalate any technical issues that cannot be resolved to the Tech lead SCM
  • Responsible for identifying the training and capacity building needs of identified users of SCM related digital systems with a focus on Warehouse Management System.
  • Responsible for reviewing existing training material and making improvements to it in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for planning and delivering trainings to identified users.
  • Responsible for assisting users by addressing their Service Requests as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Review and analyze Helpdesk Service Requests and reports to better understand users struggles and training needs.
  • Support the Project Manager in the planning and implementing the WMS in identified warehouses across NRC.
  • Support with change management activities including getting buy-in from relevant stakeholders early in the process.
