NRC Norway is looking for a SCM Systems Adoption & Helpdesk Coordinator.
Are you passionate about systems training and problem-solving NRC is rolling out a Warehouse Management System across key warehouses and we need a coordinator who can make it happen!
In this pivotal role youll drive system adoption by identifying training needs and delivering tailored sessions be the go-to problem solver resolving service tickets within agreed timelines and support communication and coordination for NRCs wider digital Supply Chain systems.

What you will do:
- Be a champion for the WMS in order to ensure successful adoption utilization and ongoing value to the organization.
- Responsible for planning designing and the delivery of relevant training material to the identified stakeholders.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of service requests as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Ensuring that the end user perspective is captured and relayed to the Project Manager.
- Support in the testing and delivery of new modules and features and ensure a smooth transition towards business as usual (BAU)
- Escalate any technical issues that cannot be resolved to the Tech lead SCM
- Responsible for identifying the training and capacity building needs of identified users of SCM related digital systems with a focus on Warehouse Management System.
- Responsible for reviewing existing training material and making improvements to it in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for planning and delivering trainings to identified users.
- Responsible for assisting users by addressing their Service Requests as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Review and analyze Helpdesk Service Requests and reports to better understand users struggles and training needs.
- Support the Project Manager in the planning and implementing the WMS in identified warehouses across NRC.
- Support with change management activities including getting buy-in from relevant stakeholders early in the process.

What you will bring:
- Experience in planning and delivering on training and capacity building initiatives
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in operating digital systems preferably Supply Chain related digital systems
- Experience of working in the field particularly in Logistics would be a huge advantage
- Prior NRC experience though not necessary would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must. Knowledge of one or more of the following languages not essential but would be an advantage: French Spanish and Arabic.
- Experience with change management and organisational development
- Experience in working with digital tools
- Proficiency in communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders.
What we offer:
- Duty station: Oslo are also open to receiving applications from any country where NRC has representations
- Contract: Fixed Term (Up to 31/12/2025).
- Travel: 10%.
- Salary/benefits: grade 7 on NRCs Resident salary scale with accompanying terms and conditions.
