Job Tittle: Site Manager Intern
Job Type: Onsite
Location: Island Lagos
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager Intern to support our on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design project coordination and construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day activities at interior design project sites
- Monitor and document site progress deliveries and contractor activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Support the coordination of subcontractors vendors and suppliers
- Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly reports to the project team
- Help maintain project timelines checklists and installation schedules
- Manage site materials and ensure proper storage and usage
- Communicate effectively with clients designers and technical teams
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the Site Manager
Requirements
- Graduate in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- Strong interest in site supervision and interior fit-out processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of interior finishes and construction terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and site reporting tools
