Job Tittle: Site Manager Intern
Job Type: Onsite
Location: Island Lagos
Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager Intern to support our on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design project coordination and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day activities at interior design project sites
  • Monitor and document site progress deliveries and contractor activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Support the coordination of subcontractors vendors and suppliers
  • Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly reports to the project team
  • Help maintain project timelines checklists and installation schedules
  • Manage site materials and ensure proper storage and usage
  • Communicate effectively with clients designers and technical teams
  • Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the Site Manager

Requirements

  • Graduate in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
  • Strong interest in site supervision and interior fit-out processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of interior finishes and construction terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and site reporting tools
