As aLead Channel Marketing Specialist your focus will beresponsible for Channel marketing for HSF ENT FIRE Line of Business across ASEAN/SEA. As a Channel Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing plan for the business to:

  • Enable Sales with techno-commercial Winning Propositions
  • Nurture an efficient & loyal Channel Eco-System
  • Deploy customer-centric digital-first Programs at every stage of the customers buying journey

Thereby creating a measurable lift in brand equity customer conversion retention advocacy profitable business growth and ultimately delivering marketing generated revenue.

You will partner with Business Leadership Sales Finance ISC Sales Excellence and Offering teams to drive LOB specific Initiatives so as to deliver measurable business impact on priorities like Margin Expansion NPI Commercialization and Say-Do GTM Reach Optimization Revenue growth from Existing & New Geographies/Channels Channel Productivity Inventory and IOS control and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns & Drives Channel Mktg related Strap Actions e.g. Reach Expansion Influencer Engagement etc
  • Defines Channel Persona & Maps Customer Decision Journey for New Offerings
  • Provide Market insights Target Group to Develop & Design Campaign Road Maps
  • Periodic Market Mapping for Share of Demand & SAM revalidation.
  • Develop Geographic reach and Channel Expansion Roadmap in alignment with Sales & Business Leadership
  • Design Deploy Execute and Evaluate Channel Partner Rebate Programs
  • Develop Channel & Market Price Strategy with OMs & Pricing Teams - List Price Adoption & Net Price Gain
  • Channel Onboarding/Offboarding AOP Contract and Compliance
  • Channel Sell-in & Sell-out Scheme Design & Execution.
  • Expand margins through Transactional Pricing Discount control & Mix Management
  • Periodic Competitive Landscape Mapping for List Price & MOP changes NPI/EOL Vertical & Geo Exp
  • Product Play-Book Content updates (inputs from OM) Sales & Channel Training & SharePoint
  • Portfolio Review EOL decisions (with OM) SKU Rationalization and Communication to Sales & Customers
  • SIOP - Demand Forecast Validation with sales and IOS / Inventory management
  • Co-ordination with Global & Local Offering & Sourcing team for Cost Improvement Actions
  • Support Sales with Alternative Product recommendations for competitive value proposition
  • NPI Commercialization: Market Pricing Channel Training & Roll-out Test Market / POC / Case Study and Testimonial Coordination Drive Pipeline development and Nurture NPI adaptation through CPP Programs
  • Virtual & Real-World Event Content Development & Presentation (Co-op with OMs &Customer Mkt)
  • Brand Representation in Industry Forums & Associations
  • Sales Training on Specification Competitor Product comparison & Battle Cards
  • Channel Performance Analytics and Improvement Initiatives Enablement
  • Key Account and Influencer Engagement through 1:1 and Mass responsibility


Responsibilities

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelors degree in technology engineering or science; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of B2B Customer Marketing / Channel Marketing experience Retail experience is an advantage
  • Industry: Commercial FIRE Building Construction/materials Or Automation
  • Excellent written oral and technical communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audience. Understanding of Market forces Pricing levers analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong Influencing without authority skills.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.) Digital Marketing tools
