Role Overview
Wild Tech is seeking a proactive Technical / Developer Support Consultant to bolster our Managed Services this role youll deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) including bespoke enhancements and integrations. Your contributions will ensure seamless technical operations and user satisfaction in live cloud ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with an emphasis on technical troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve issues across financials supply chain reporting workflows extensions custom entities and integrations.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to address escalations and guide resolution strategies in live production environments.
Develop maintain and refine internal knowledge base documentation and technical design artifacts.
Work on configuration and customization taskssuch as X workflows integrations and extensionswhen required.
Respond to service tickets within agreed SLAs using helpdesk or ticketing tools (e.g. Freshdesk Zendesk ServiceNow).
Participate in peer reviews share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 13 years in technical or application support roles with hands-on involvement in Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance SCM modules).
Technical Proficiency: Experience with customizationsX workflows extensions custom entitiesand integrations.
Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate) and standard ticketing systems.
Soft Skills: Effective verbal and written communication in English logical problem-solving the ability to work under pressure and a service-oriented mindset.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating with functional teams and users to resolve issues in real time.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
ITIL Foundation or other relevant service management frameworks
