Your New Role:
The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen communications and analysis skills. This role will work on multiple and diverse projects across the Enterprise Data and AI services team. He or she will work closely with business users creating business/functional specifications giving training and leading process reengineering workshops.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Business Analysis: Create and maintain business specifications for the ESS data and shared services team including data products application developments and robotics and automation solutions.
Training: Coordinate and host training sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
Process reengineering: Coordinate design-thinking and process reengineering workshops with stakeholders. Create materials and deliverables to ensure the right execution of these processes.
Stakeholder management: Build long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
5 years proven experience in business analysis being part of diverse product and solution lifecycles.
Strong analysis skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Business savvy specifically in the media & and entertainment industry
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Fluent in English
