Your Tasks
- Deliver strategic expertise consultancy inspiration and output to stakeholders to bring the BDF communication and media expertise to the next level
- Lead a team of media & marketing professionals (directly & indirectly) in the implementation of best practices
- Proactively support the brand & category business with tailored marketing strategy & media plans designed to drive key objectives (net sales market share profitability & brand equity targets both on master brand level & by category)
- Localize activation strategies through tailored consumer journeys across all touchpoints & funnel stages
- Ensure implementation of global & regional media guidelines WOW Operating Model & the local media KPIs
- Develop implementation plans within agreed budgets & KPI targets
- Ensure the best TTL (through the line) media mix tailored to category audience & objective to increase overall brand results and deliver those objectives
- Oversee Precision Marketing (digital) planning & execution ensuring key elements of PM is embedded in the BDF team & agencies ways of working & campaigns including Ecom initiatives (Full Funnel strategy)
- Manage the media agency contracts & relationships retainer fees agency budgets scope of work and bonuses to maximize cost control and ensure savings & optimal agency performance
- Oversee the creation of integrated media plans across traditional digital social influencers and emerging platforms.
Your Profile
- 8 years on-hand experience in traditional and digital media planning and execution
- Experience in managing media agency relationships including negotiations resource & project management and delivery of scope
- Experience Build and managing engaging social and influencer campaigns
- Experience in using measurement tools for data-driven marketing
- Experience owning and optimizing budget across multiple teams
- Strong project management skills (e.g. building & rigorously tracking work plan)
- Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills in order to communicate technical material to range of audiences including brands corporate leadership technology partners and agencies.
