Job Scope
The Head of Standard Proposals NAMER is responsible for leading the regional Standard Proposals team overseeing proposal development activities across Mexico the United States and Canada. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality customer-focused proposals within 24 hours driving speed consistency and excellence in the quotation process.
The position plays a key role in fostering collaboration across departmentssuch as Sales Engineering Pricing and Operationsto ensure proposals meet customer requirements and align with business objectives. The Head of Standard Proposals NAMER promotes a strong service mindset efficient communication and process discipline to support commercial growth across the NAMER region.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Standard Proposals team for NAMER ensuring timely accurate and customer-oriented proposal delivery.
Establish and maintain standardized proposal processes ensuring consistency and efficiency across the region.
Drive a <24-hour turnaround for standard proposal requests through effective prioritization clear workflows and cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering to ensure proposals are technically sound commercially competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks monitoring performance through KPIs and implementing best practices.
Ensure strong communication and coordination between regional functions to support transparency and smooth handovers.
Champion a customer serviceoriented culture emphasizing responsiveness clarity and quality in every proposal interaction.
Partner with global peers to share regional insights and contribute to the overall improvement of the proposal function within the organization.

What you bring
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Customer service role/function with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Excellent sales financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
Existing strong network of key stakeholders within the mineral processing industry.
Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to grow and develop team members and potential leaders.
Ability to build a cohesive and engaged team focus on meeting customer needs
