About the Organization:
Our mission is to automate RAN applications with Zero Touch Provisioning and develop an OSS ecosystem for efficient operations. We aim to develop solutions to integrate new products into the OSS and Orchestrator ecosystem thereby reducing provisioning and configuration work.
Job Duties
As a Solution Architect you will:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of LTE 4G and 5G networks as well as their End-to-End (E2E) architectures.
Be proficient in utilizing basic Linux commands hypervisors VM deployment and cloud computing technologies such as Robin Docker and Containers.
Possess knowledge of LTE physical layer MAC layer and RLC/PDCP layer.
Have familiarity with IP networks and various transport topologies including switches.
Have hands-on experience in managing designing or developing automation workflows using Python.
Have extensive experience in vRAN architecture Virtual Network Functions (VNF) and network orchestration.
Be proficient in networking skills including IPv4 IPv6 L2 and L3 layer IP planning.
Understand 3GPP systems particularly Core and RAN networks.
Be familiar with cloud technologies Kubernetes and VNF/CNF architecture.
Minimum Qualifications
8-10 Years of Experience in a relevant field
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Electronics Electrical/Communication Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in the telecommunications industry particularly in vRAN automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in vRAN automation.
Proffered Qualifications
A bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in the telecommunications industry particularly in vRAN automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in vRAN automation.
