Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in enhancing our pub operations through innovative technology solutions and effective system management. You will carry out investigative work to clearly explain and document our current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications :
As Business Analyst you will
- Conduct business analysis within the framework of agreed methodologies of the Greene King Technology function.
- Produce influential documentation analysis and presentations to business stakeholders.
- Document and manage multiple pieces of work of varying sizes.
- Support the project lifecycle to deliver quality systems and processes to our pub teams.
- Work across the Technology function and other Greene King departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support supplier relationships ensuring best-in-class solutions and services.
What youll bring
- Ability to analyze and recommend improvements.
- Experience in project and/or product management environments or applicable experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills to align business and technology objectives.
- Experience in working closely with suppliers.
- Technical knowledge in retail or hospitality systems such as EPoS platforms payment technologies and digital ordering.
