Job Description

Your Role
- Support the team across a broad range of legal topics especially financing international private law general contract law corporate law capital market law commercial law banking supervision law labor law and data protection law
- Deal with regulatory and compliance-related topics (e.g. WpIG KWG GWG ZAG MaRisk & MaComp and KI-VO)
- Prepare assessments memos and statements on various legal topics
- Develop negotiate and manage contractual relationships with corporate clients international banks financial institutions and service providers
- Support the team in the creation maintenance and further development of various contracts and processes incl. the use of AI tools
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with the Capital Markets Sales Operations Finance & Risk and IT departments
- Independently manage various processes and projects
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer or a degree in business law with a focus on finance and corporate law
- Initial relevant practical experience (in finance and/or corporate law) is an advantage
- Strong interest in corporate finance capital markets economic contexts and interdisciplinary topics
- High intrinsic motivation eagerness to learn and hands-on mentality
- Independent working style passion for the job and a high sense of responsibility
- Open communicative manner quick comprehension and the ability to work in a team
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
- Very good MS Office skills and initial experience with legal AI tools
