Job Description
Data Analytics and AI Driven Organization: One Data Analytics and AI Function drive the vision to transform the Bank into AI Driven Organization. This role will operate in Hub and Spoke Model with every Business and Functions to ensure responsible ethical and compliant development and deployment of AI systems within an organization. This role involves creating and enforcing policies that promote transparency accountability and fairness. The AI Governance Lead identifies and mitigates risks ensures regulatory compliance and continuously monitors AI systems for biases and security vulnerabilities. They collaborate with stakeholders across legal technical and business teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. Additionally they provide strategic guidance promote ethical AI practices and educate employees on governance policies and best practices Create a Responsible AI Plan with a supporting benefits realization AI current state assessment framework with periodic maturity and maintain Responsible AI policies standards and procedures. Report to the AI Council and Focus Group forums on key activities metrics and AI Safety and Ethics uplift initiatives. Establish a peer-review protocol to ensure that all technical documentation is that all details of AI models and solutions are recorded in a centralized AI Inventory and Service CatalogDevelop an AI Risk Management Framework and oversee periodic risk and distribute the AI Acceptable Use Guide. Strategic Vision and Business Acumen: Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and drive business value Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Data Science Law Ethics or a related fieldExperience: At least 10 years of experience in technology or financial services with a minimum of 3 years in a risk or governance roleTechnical Literacy and AI Fluency: Understanding of AI technologies including machine learning data science ML ops Gen AI and AIframeworks
