Job Description
1. Position Title Sr Engineer/Lead Engineer Projects
2. Reports to Assistant General Manager - Projects
3. Department Engineering
4. Location Bangalore
5. Tasks responsible Initiate plan coordinate execution control and deliver
global engineering and technology projects of varying
rigor and leadership visibility
Key activities include: Project scope development
overall Plan/Schedule BOM cost tracking Proto order
management Quality reviews Problem tracking Testing
schedule R&D coordination ECO submission schedule
and Cross-functional Coordination
Manage all levels of stakeholders by facilitating meetings
communicating effectively and escalating issues
promptly
Comply with standard project management practices and
Terex/Genie standards
Work with global Project Managers within the company
for best practices sharing and process improvements
6. Educational Qualification Any Graduate. PMP Certification will be an added advantage
7. Professional Experience 5-7 years on project management similar industry along
with extensive work experience in a manufacturing industry
of similar nature. Desirable to have an overall work exp of
about 10-12 years. Team management experience will be an
added advantage.
