Job Description

Job Description:

Develop new FCL business opportunities through cold calling networking and market intelligence.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with importers exporters freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Generate and present proposals quotations and negotiate rates with clients.
Coordinate with operations pricing and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Stay updated on shipping line schedules rates space availability and market trends.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
Maintain CRM records update customer interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
