Job Summary
- Lead and manage the full HR functions including recruitment employee life cycle compensation and benefits performance management compliance learning and development and employee engagement.
- Manage payroll management and employees benefits in compliance with the relevant legislation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with the managers in resource planning talent development performance management and talent retention.
- Work closely with managers in providing HR consultation to optimize people structure process and culture to achieve business results.
- Review develop and implement HR policies plans processes and programs to ensure they are effective relevant and aligned to organizational goals market trends and competitiveness.
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide advice and coaching to address people-related matters including grievance handling and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement programs to promote a people-centric and collaborative culture.
- Manage day-to-day office and purchasing operations; oversee overall office activities and budgeting.
- Manage relationships with facilities management and coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
