Overview

Our client a growing retail and distribution company in Gorontalo is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead their HR function. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong background in recruitment people development and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both store and back-office staff.
  • Design and implement employee development and training programs.
  • Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee a small legal and administration support team.
  • Advise the Director on HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Seven to eight years of experience in HR management preferably in retail distribution or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.
  • Experience in organizational development and staff training.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gorontalo.
