Overview
Our client a growing retail and distribution company in Gorontalo is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead their HR function. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong background in recruitment people development and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both store and back-office staff.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs.
- Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee a small legal and administration support team.
- Advise the Director on HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Seven to eight years of experience in HR management preferably in retail distribution or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.
- Experience in organizational development and staff training.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gorontalo.
