Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation of the human factors programme and related safety management system procedures
Conduct human factors studies and provide human factors advice on relevant safety management system and business process such as asset design and renewal incident investigation competence management risk assessments etc.
Maintain a database to capture and analyse human error related events from accident and incident reports to identify the underlying causes and impacts systematically and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place
Conduct trainings and promotions for raising awareness on human factors and enhancing he control of human performance risks
