Were on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Analyst whos eager to turn complex data into clear insights and real business our BI team you wont just be building dashboardsyoull be shaping how we understand our customers track our performance and make decisions.
Youll join a tight-knit team who live and breathe data partnering with stakeholders across the company to deliver reporting analysis and tools that matter. One day you might be delivering a KPI dashboard for a customer meeting the next youre helping Finance ensure invoicing runs flawlessly. Whether its deep-dive analysis data modelling or enabling self-service reporting youll be right at the heart of itworking closely with our Insights & Reporting Lead our Head of BI and our development teams.

You love making sense of complex datafinding the story in the numbers and turning it into dashboards or reports that spark better decisions sharper insights and greater value for both our customers and our business.
Fast learner
New tools and systems dont scare youthey excite you. You dont need to know everything we use today but you have the curiosity and drive to pick it up quickly. Youll be working with Microsoft Fabric Power BI Excel MSSQL and whatever new tech helps us get the job done.
Collaborative problem-solver
You thrive in a team setting and see challenges as puzzles to be solved together. Whether youre working with developers product managers or customer-facing teams you bring your skills ideas and a can-do mindset to move projects forward.

Youre ambitious and full of ideasand youll get the space to put them into action. Working closely with your teammates youll dive into:
- Designing and implementing solutions that make end-users self-reliant and confident in using data.
- Developing and building BI tools that maximize our teams impact across the business.
- Collaborating directly with customers to understand reporting needs translate them into practical solutions and continuously evolve the value we deliver through data.
- Driving knowledge sharing so insights and best practices travel across the whole organization.
